Groin Stretch
  1. Left hand in bottom of the band facing out and the right hand grabbing the middle of the band
  2. Bring the left arm around your head and bend the left knee up and place on the side of the foot
  3. Shoulders on the ground and drop your right foot toward the right
  4. Bend and lock out the right knee 5-6 times
